What will you be doing


  • Implement strong Know Your Client procedure to Clients (KYC)
  • Validate provided documentation
  • Ensure that all necessary documentation is collected and update the Company’s software
  • Keep client records in the Company’s software
  • Forward financial matters and requests to the relevant Department
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, professional communication


  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • additional Languages is an advantage
  • Relevant Degree
  • At least 6 months experience in back-office administration within the Forex Industry
  • Computer literacy and the ability to work simultaneously with a variety of systems
  • Organizational and time management skills
