What will you be doing

Responsibilities:

  • Support our clients at all levels. Answer any questions about how the service works and resolve clients’ issues promptly via live chat, emails and calls
  • To actively engage with new client leads and activate them as new clients
  • Assist clients with their KYC procedure
  • Provide a tour around the trading platform
  • Keep open communication between the departments to resolve any issues
  • Provide direction and guidance to clients for using the Company’s trading system
  • Build client trust and satisfaction through professional support and training

Requirements

  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • University/College Degree
  • At least 1 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • An additional fluent European language will be considered as an advantage
